École 3A is a French business school founded in Lyon over 40 years ago, specialising in responsible management, social innovation, geopolitics and solidarity economy. Headquartered in Lyon with additional campuses in Paris (Courbevoie / La Défense), Bordeaux, Rennes and Toulouse, 3A positions itself as 'not a business school like others' — its curriculum centres on ethics, social justice and sustainable development rather than purely technical management training.
The school offers Bac+3 Bachelor programs in Coordinator of Projects with Social and Environmental Impact and Coordinator of International Development and Societal Projects, plus Bac+5 MBA programs in Social Innovation and Responsible Finance Management, International Sustainable Development (English-taught), and International Cooperation and Humanitarian Action. Fast-Track MBA routes accept Bac+3 holders and equivalent professional experience.
International cohort is a defining feature: 21 languages are taught on campus, over 100 external speakers / practitioners contribute to the curriculum, and three years of integrated professional experience (internships, alternance, missions abroad) are built into every diploma.
