Fraser International College
Fraser International College (FIC) is a private pathway college located on the Simon Fraser University (SFU) campus in Burnaby, British Columbia. It provides university pathway programs that allow international students to complete the equivalent of their first year at SFU before transferring directly into second year of a degree program.
FIC is jointly owned by Navitas and Simon Fraser University, ensuring curriculum is fully aligned with SFU first-year requirements. Students take the same courses as SFU first-year students and gain direct entry to SFU's second year upon successful completion, with a guaranteed conditional offer of admission.
The college offers pathway programs in arts, business, computing science, engineering, and science. An English for Academic Purposes program prepares students with lower English proficiency levels to enter the pathway program. FIC has helped thousands of international students successfully transition to SFU since 2006.
