The International College of Hotel Management (ICHM) was founded in 1992 and is one of Australia's leading specialist institutions for hospitality and hotel management education. Located in a purpose-built campus at 131–139 Currie Street in Adelaide's CBD, ICHM holds CRICOS registration (Provider 02914G) and TEQSA accreditation (PRV12099), ensuring its degrees meet Australia's highest higher-education standards.
ICHM's curriculum is built on a Work Integrated Learning model that alternates academic study with paid industry placements throughout Australia and internationally. The flagship Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) spans three years across 27 subjects, while the Master of International Hotel Management offers a focused two-year pathway culminating in a professional practice and research capstone. Both programs accept four intakes per year — February, May, July, and October.
The college has produced over 2,500 alumni now leading careers across hospitality, tourism, events, and related industries in more than 80 countries.
