University of Manitoba (UM) is the oldest university in Western Canada, founded in 1877. Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with two main campuses (Fort Garry and Bannatyne), UM is a U15 research-intensive university with strengths in agriculture, engineering, health sciences, and Indigenous studies.
International students enter via the International College of Manitoba (ICM) — Navitas's pathway college on the UM Fort Garry campus. UTP Stage 1 + Stage 2 programs lead into the second year of a UM Bachelor's degree across Arts, Science, Business (Asper School), Engineering, and Music.
