<p>The University of Arizona is a public land-grant research university in Tucson, Arizona. Established in 1885 by the 13th Arizona Territorial Legislature, it was the first University in the Arizona Territory.</p><p>Outstanding academic programs and exceptional value are the main draws to the global 100 institutions. Approximately 4000 international students from around the world travel to study at the University of Arizona.</p><h2>What is the University of Arizona acceptance rate for International Students?</h2><p>The University of Arizona acceptance rate is 87%.</p> <p>The University of Arizona boasts a range of facilities that simplify student life. There are several libraries for students to choose from. The Main Library has several study and research assistance services and a wide range of books and other learning materials. The many first-rate on-campus laboratories support engineering, health sciences, environmental studies, and astronomy research. Multiple recreation centers have fitness classes, sports facilities, and wellness services.</p><p>The institution has its own Museum of Art, Center for Creative Photography, and Arizona State Museum. Numerous computer labs offer access to the latest hardware and software, amongst other services such as student support. The Centennial Hall and the UA School of Music Concert Hall are performance venues for hosting concerts and other cultural events.</p> <p><strong>Student Life</strong></p> <p>Student life on campus is eventful because there are plenty of opportunities for entertainment and continuing education. The campus is multicultural due to the high international student population, with International Friends, Inc. as a volunteer organization that brings everybody together. Since there are so many students, there is a similarly high number of student clubs: an estimated 400 student organizations are arranged across campus. The Student Union offers dining options, meeting spaces, study areas, and recreational facilities.</p>
