Trebas Institute
Trebas Institute is a Canadian career college founded in 1979 in Montreal as Trebas Institute of Recording Arts. Originally focused on training audio engineers and music industry professionals, it has grown into a multi-disciplinary institution with campuses in Montreal and Toronto.
Since 2020 Trebas has been part of Global University Systems (GUS) Canada — a major international education group that also includes University Canada West, Toronto School of Management, and other GUS Canada institutions, giving Trebas students access to a wider network of resources and pathways.
The college specialises in creative and applied programs: audio engineering, music business, film and television production, video game design, digital marketing, data analytics, cybersecurity, project management, and business. All programs are diploma-level, career-focused, with strong industry connections and practical hands-on training.
