University of Vaasa is a Finnish multidisciplinary university founded in 1968 as a school of economics and granted full university status in 1991. Located in the city of Vaasa on the Gulf of Bothnia, the university serves about 5,900 students across four schools: School of Management, School of Accounting and Finance, School of Marketing and Communication, and School of Technology and Innovations.
